You may browse this site and submit the demo form for legitimate business purposes. Don’t misuse the site: no attempts to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access, or submit false, harmful or unlawful content.

No patient information

Do not submit patient names, health information, or other protected health information through this website or by email to us.

Information on the site

Pricing, features and screenshots on this site are provided for general information and may change. Pricing shown is an estimate, and your actual terms are set out in the agreement you sign with us. Founding practice pricing is limited to the first 25 practices.

Intellectual property

The Eyenamic name, logo, text, images and software shown on this site belong to Eyenamic or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

No warranty and limits on liability

The website is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, Eyenamic is not liable for losses arising from your use of the website or reliance on its content.

We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
