Privacy Policy
Last updated October 27, 2026
This policy explains what information Eyenamic collects through this website (eyenamic.com) and how we use it. It covers the marketing website only. The Eyenamic scheduling application at your clinic’s own address is governed by your agreement with us.
Please don’t send patient information
The contact and demo forms on this site are for business inquiries. Do not include patient names, health information, or other protected health information in any form or email to us.
What we collect
When you request a demo, we collect the details you enter:
- Your name and work email address
- Your practice name
- The approximate number of physicians and technicians at your practice
If you email us, we also receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. Like most websites, our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and reliability.
How we use it
- To respond to your demo request or question
- To schedule and run demos, and to follow up about Eyenamic
- To keep the website secure and working
We do not sell your information.
Who handles it for us
Form submissions are processed by our form provider, the website is hosted by our hosting provider, and website usage is measured by Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel. These service providers handle information only to deliver those services to us (or, for Google and Meta, under their own privacy policies). We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
Cookies and tracking
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this website, such as which pages are viewed, how people arrive, and the approximate location, device and browser of visitors. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies and receives information such as your IP address. We use this information to improve the site, not to identify individual visitors. You can opt out with Google’s browser add-on, or by blocking cookies in your browser settings.
We also use the Meta Pixel, provided by Meta Platforms, to measure the results of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram and to reach people who may be interested in Eyenamic. The pixel uses cookies and sends information about your visit, such as the pages you view and your device and browser details, to Meta. You can manage ad personalization in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings, or block cookies in your browser.
The Eyenamic application itself is separate and is not covered by these tags.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry information for as long as it is useful for following up with you or as the law requires, and delete it on request.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you gave us, or to stop contacting you, by emailing hello@eyenamic.com.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
